The scope, layout, and overall direction are established, along with an initial investment framework.

Selections are refined and fully developed, with sourcing and proposals prepared for approval.

03 Purchasing & Execution

All orders, vendor coordination, and logistics are managed so the design is carried through as intended.

04 Project Completion

Final details are addressed, installation is completed, and your home is prepared for you to enjoy.

For projects that don't require full-service design, a limited number of Virtual projects are accepted each year.

Virtual Design

A complete design plan with the flexibility to implement it on your own.

Designed for clients who want professional direction without full-service implementation. You'll provide measurements and photos of your space, or a site survey can be arranged for local projects.  From there I'll develop a cohesive plan for your space.

Your design plan may include:

  • Space planning and layout
  • Finish and material selections
  • Curated furnishings
  • Mood board
  • 3D visualization
  • Detailed sourcing list

You implement the design at your own pace.

Investment
Flat fee based on scope.

A limited number of Virtual Design projects are accepted each year.
